Privacy notice

What we collect

When you send a message or a quote request, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, company, project location, the products and quantities you ask about, and your message.

We also record the page you sent the form from, the language you used, and technical details needed to keep the forms safe, such as your IP address.

How we use it

Top Fixing uses these details only to answer your enquiry, prepare and follow up on your quotation, and keep a record of our correspondence with you.

We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not sell them.

Files you upload

BOQs, drawings and photos you attach to a quote request are stored privately. Only our sales team can open them, and they are used only to prepare your quotation.

Who we share it with

We share your details only with the service providers that run this website for us: our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, and Cloudflare, which checks that forms are sent by people and not by automated programs.

These providers process your details on our behalf and may not use them for anything else. We may also disclose details where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and quote requests for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any order that follows, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. After that, we delete them.

How we protect it

Forms are sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to enquiries and files is limited to the staff who need them to answer you.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. To do so, contact us using the details below.

Changes to this notice

This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics at the moment. If that changes, or we change how we handle your details, we will update this notice and the date at the top of this page.
